Our Adjustable Bottom Fitting allows for the easy up or down adjustment of the latch-end of a gate. It is used as the bottom hinge in our Double Straps with Central Eye Hinge sets (8312-S and 8312-E), but we also offer it separately in case you need to break the sets apart for any reason.
