Our Contemporary Suffolk Latch – Setback Mount has all of the attractive qualities of the original yard swing model. However, this latch can be used for when the gate is setback from the front face of the posts and for when you want the gate to swing out toward the street while still having the handle visible from the outside. It has been designed with a shorter latch bar and an adjustable strike catch to allow for greater installation versatility.
